Buddy Fogo and Stewart Fogo, of Fogo Realty, offer a full range of commercial real estate services for their customers. As Principal Broker for the firm, and a member of ICSC, Buddy has over 30 years in the industry. Stewart recently joined his father’s office, providing real estate analysis and third party leasing of shopping centers. Fogo Realty leases over 23 shopping centers throughout Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama for a total of over 2 million square feet. Together, they represent several national and regional tenants, some of whom include AT&T, Circle K, Family Dollar, Charley’s Philly Steaks, The Boil Shack, Krystal, Play Wash Pint, Scenic Suds and Shoe Sensation, helping them with dispositions, locating sites to develop and/or space to lease.

Buddy began his professional career as a leasing agent for CBL Properties. He later worked for more than ten years at New Plan Realty Trust (now Brixmor) first as a leasing agent and later as Senior Development/ Redevelopment Director for the Southeast and Midwest. Throughout his career, Buddy has executed over 400 leases totaling more than 2 million square feet. In addition, he has identified multiple sites for apartment complexes and self storage facilities, as well as partnered with development companies to assist in developing shopping centers and locating properties for triple net deals and purchasing shopping centers for investors.
